Meet The Doctor — our OG, a remedy we’ve trusted since 2009. This Guatemalan Antigua single origin is roasted to a smooth medium profile, perfect for tasty espresso, milk-based, or mylk-based drinks.

Grown high in the volcanic hills of Antigua, Guatemala, this shade-grown washed coffee is famous for its deep body and rich chocolate character — with a hint of nutty smoothness and a touch of winey acidity.

It’s a reliable cure for all caffeine ailments (with a cheeky nod to New Zealand’s iconic “Dr Ropata” from Shortland Street).

How much should I order?

250 g ≈ 12–15 cups · 1 kg ≈ 50–60 cups (brew-recipe dependent).
