Our community favourite. Wally began as a seasonal tribute to whale season in Port Stephens. Just like the whales that return each year, Wally’s flavour shifts slightly with the coffees we source—now refined into our core medium roast for smooth, everyday brews.

Tastes like: Malteasers and milk chocolate
Roast: medium (rounded sweetness, low acidity)
Best for: milk coffee, espresso, stovetop & filter
