Born from customer love (and maybe a little peer pressure), Once Was… DECAF is for coffee lovers who still want their cup to taste like… well, coffee.

Sourced from the high-altitude farms of Huila, Colombia (1,200–2,000 MASL), this single origin is processed using the EA Sugarcane Method — a natural decaffeination technique that uses by-products of fermented sugarcane. No harsh chemicals, just sweet science.

The result? A smooth, chocolatey cup with a touch of stone fruit — rich, satisfying, and perfect for sipping any time of day (without the 2 a.m. fridge-door regrets).

And for the adventurous? Some of you are already mixing half-caff and quarter-caff blends. Tracey’s experimenting with recipes from our core roasts — keep an eye on the blog for updates.
