Born from customer love (and maybe a little peer pressure), Once Was… DECAF is for coffee lovers who still want their cup to taste like… well, coffee.

April / May we're featuring Mexican Water Processed Decaf - with a chocolatey-nutty cup - perfect for sipping any time of day (without the 2 a.m. fridge-door regrets).

And for the adventurous? Some of you are already mixing half-caff and quarter-caff blends. Tracey’s experimenting with recipes from our core roasts — keep an eye on the blog for updates.
