About Finca Las Rosas
Tucked at the base of the mighty Cuchumatanes mountain range in Huehuetenango, Finca Las Rosas has been crafting exceptional coffees for nearly a century.
The farm first planted coffee in the 1920s, and four generations later, it's still family-owned and operated — now led by Rolando Villatoro. With every harvest, the Villatoro family pours passion, knowledge, and tradition into every bean.
High altitude, rich volcanic soil, and nearly 100 years of care all come together in the cup — delivering clarity, sweetness, and complexity that no machine can fake.
(Spoiler: It’s the opposite of supermarket sadness.)
