Robust. Sweet. Dark Chocolate

A bold brew with a big heart — just like Mum. This coffee is a nostalgic nod to family memories, signed off by my older sister (so you know it’s legit).

Sourced from the remote El Triunfo region of Mexico, this old-growth Arabigo varietal (closely related to Typica) is grown at high altitude under lush forest canopy. Though ungraded by size, it’s beautifully processed — yielding a rich, full-bodied cup with a whisper of acidity and a savoury-spice finish.

Best enjoyed as a dark roast for milk and mylk-based drinks — oat, almond, soy, or cow (you do you)...

How much should I order?

250 g ≈ 12–15 cups · 1 kg ≈ 50–60 cups (brew-recipe dependent).
